<description>I created a parody web site a couple years back and it still seems to get attention... I expanded on an idea from The Daily Show with John Stewart which involved a huge pollution spewing SUV called &quot; The Earth Fucker.&quot; I found that HummerH8.com was available, and the domain name worked in two ways - 1) It somewhat follows the GM naming scheme and 2) &quot;H8&quot; is net-speak for &quot;hate&quot; ...So, I photoshopped a Hummer, making it as ridiculous as possible and had fun writing up sarcastic remarks to &quot;sell&quot; the fake vehicle. I continue to get hate and fan mail, so it does its job.

Unfortunately, the only way to monetize the site was to include Adsense ads, which are, typically, for Hummer parts retailers. Personally, I believe this adds to the parody in some ways - I earn money from the very people the site pokes fun at. What is unfortunate is that not everybody sees the humor there. ;)
